Viprinet 4G Global LTE Module

549,00  plus. VAT

The Viprinet 4G Global LTE Module offers worldwide high-speed Internet access and seamless connectivity. Ideal for on the move, it guarantees a reliable and fast data connection at all times.
LTE Cat 4, up to 150 Mbit/s downstream, 50 Mbit/s upstream. Global radio band coverage.

The 4G Global LTE Module provides global cellular connectivity in your Viprinet Multichannel VPN Router. Although the module “only” operates in LTE category 4 and can therefore handle a maximum downstream speed of 150 MBit/s, it supports so many radio bands that it is extremely future-proof for national and international use. This means that all LTE bands currently used in Europe and those planned for the future are covered, as are most of the other frequencies used internationally.

The limitation of 150 MBit/s is not a major restriction given the current utilization of LTE radio cells and the high data costs; the upstream of 50 MBit/s is on a par with that of category 6 modules (LTE-Advanced).

The module is therefore a good compromise between low price, very good network coverage and outstanding future viability. It can also be combined with a 4.5G and/or 5G module in your router to increase the peak data rates.

Our high-quality LTE MIMO antenna is supplied with the module. It can be set up on any surface and holds particularly well on metal surfaces thanks to the magnetic base. With its tripod thread, it can also be optionally mounted on a wall or tripod. Thanks to the two SMA antenna connections on the module, you can also use any antennas from other manufacturers.

Note: Please note that different radio frequencies are used for LTE depending on the country. This module supports most of the frequencies used worldwide. Nevertheless, you should check whether all frequencies used by your mobile phone provider are covered. When selecting an external antenna, please also ensure that it supports the LTE bands to be used.
