Education, industry, financial systems and, above all, system-relevant structures such as water and energy supply or emergency services - everyday life in all areas is now dependent on the internet.
If even parts of it fail, the consequences can be serious.
For this case, ASCEND has developed the NetByrd WebCase, a portable Internet case that is ready for use in five minutes and delivers Internet anywhere at any time - for up to 60 devices.
"Fail-safe Internet has never been this easy"
"Our WebInTheBox solution is suitable for emergencies or for use in areas where there is a lack of appropriate infrastructure," says Johannes Fickeis, Managing Director of ASCEND GmbH, explaining the development.
The portable WiFi box establishes a fail-safe Internet connection via LTE - at the touch of a button.
It can optionally be linked to a satellite system via a WAN connection.
The battery-powered SD-WAN router case can be managed centrally via a web interface; GPS fleet management enables the box to be tracked.
