PrimeCare simplifies the setup of your SpeedFusion networks

PrimeCare is a Peplink subscription service that bundles the following services:

Full SpeedFusion capability

Peplink PrimeCare unlocks the full bandwidth of all SpeedFusion and multi-WAN functions (e.g. bonding, WAN smoothing, hot failover) of your device and thus opens up many more possible applications. This means, for example, that enables faster file transfers and higher quality streaming from mobile locations. You can also use WAN Smoothing to enable smooth and consistent video conferencing and protect against packet loss.

Centralized management with InControl 2 access

All devices that have activated Peplink PrimeCare have access to InControl 2: the SD-WAN management cloud. This allows you to create complex network topologies within minutes and transfer them to the devices. You can check the status of your network on a single screen and make configuration changes remotely if necessary.

InControl makes company-wide deployment easier by centralizing a number of important functions. This includes executable Zero Touch configurations and firmware updates at the same time. Standardize VLAN, SSID, firewall and outbound policies. Apply access control and energy efficiency schedules to the SSID, Wi-Fi radios and PoE ports of the SD Switch.

Every PrimeCare subscription includes the standard warranty cover. This ensures that you can use your PrimeCare devices with a clear conscience and at an excellent price.

SpeedFusion Cloud usage

The SpeedFusion Cloud enables Peplink devices under a care plan (such as PrimeCare) to use SpeedFusion (Bandwidth Bonding, Hot Failover, WAN Smoothing, Bandwidth Overflow) without additional hardware. (please note that each model is supplied with a different SpeedFusion Cloud package).

PrimeCare begins and is activated on the day of payment confirmation. It takes effect in about 1 hour. PrimeCare is non-transferable and non-refundable.
