Multi-WAN bonding briefly explained
Bündelung von LTE- und anderen „Internetzugängen“
Die Multi-WAN-Bonding-Technologie bündelt Internetzugänge beliebiger Medien (xDSL, LTE, Kabel, Glasfaser, etc.) zu einer einzigen, virtuellen Standleitung.
Das bedeutet, dass jeder einzelne Datenstrom auf verschiedene Medien nach deren aktueller Leistung aufgeteilt wird. Ändern sich die individuellen Leistungen, werden die Datenströme in Echtzeit umverteilt. Der Anwender muss weder eingreifen noch bekommt er etwas davon mit.
Dies bringt Geschwindigkeit und Ausfallsicherheit.
Im Gegensatz zum „Load-Balancing“ ändert sich die öffentliche IP-Adresse der Nutzer beim Wechsel des Mediums nicht.
